1. Who We Are

The Green Grace Farmstall app is operated by Green Grace Farmstall, a registered company based in South Africa. We are the data controller for all personal information collected through this app.

The app was developed by Ryunosuke Jansen / myBad Studios. The developer has no access to your personal information and plays no role in its collection, storage, or processing.

2. What We Collect and Why

We only collect personal information that is necessary to provide the service you request.

When you create an account:

• Username, email address, and password — to create and secure your account
• Phone number — so we can contact you about your orders

When you place an order:

• Name and billing address — required to process your order
• Delivery address (if applicable) — to arrange delivery
• Order contents, quantities, and total — to fulfill your order and generate a receipt
• Delivery or collection preference

Stored locally on your device only (never sent to us unless you place an order):

• Shopping lists you have created — product names and prices saved in named lists; these are never transmitted
• Cart contents — stored locally so your cart survives app restarts; transmitted to our server only when you place an order
• Your login session token — so you stay signed in between app sessions

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information solely to operate the Green Grace Farmstall app and fulfill your orders:

• Processing and fulfilling your orders
• Contacting you about your order status
• Allowing you to view your order history and manage your account
• Sending you receipts

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not send unsolicited communications.

4. How Your Data Is Stored

Your account and order information is stored on our WooCommerce-powered website, hosted by our chosen web hosting provider. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data, including the use of encrypted HTTPS connections for all data transmission between the app and our server.

Data stored on your device (shopping lists, cart, session token) is stored in the app's private storage area and is erased when you uninstall the app.

5. No Tracking or Third-Party Services

The Green Grace Farmstall app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting sent to any third party, and no integration with any third-party tracking SDK or service. The app makes no network requests other than to our own server.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's own privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, independently of Green Grace Farmstall.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, except as required to operate our business (for example, our web hosting provider who stores the data on our behalf under appropriate terms) or where required by law.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information
• Object to the processing of your personal information
